As a senior test lead, you will be responsible for analyzing the testing requirements of each custom configuration and developing an end-to-end Test Plan. This includes creating detailed Test Cases and Scenarios, conducting hands-on test execution, and managing the efforts of a team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct hands-on test execution to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Manage team efforts to deliver high-quality results

Primary Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of CRM/EBS applications, including Siebel
  • Hands-on experience with multiple implementations
  • Excellent verbal and written skills

Environment

  • Agile (Scrum) environment experience
  • Knowledge of QA process/procedure best practices

Ongoing Updates

Serve as the primary point of contact for testing Oracle-based CRM/EBS applications and provide ongoing updates to management on project progress, identifying and mitigating delivery risks.

Expertise

Possess extensive knowledge of CRM/EBS applications, including Siebel, with prior experience testing multiple implementations and working in an off-shore model.
