Seeking a results-driven ecommerce professional to manage online sales platforms, develop digital marketing strategies, and drive traffic and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Optimization: Manage and optimize ecommerce platforms for product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive engagement and sales across various channels.
  • Content Creation: Create high-quality content for product descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website performance using analytics tools, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content and product listings for search engines, manage PPC campaigns, and maintain a strong online presence.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, segmenting lists and targeting specific customer groups.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media accounts, create and schedule posts, engage with followers, and monitor social media metrics.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience on ecommerce platforms, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ecommerce management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure and optimize performance.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and PPC management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic website updates.
