ATMT Limited is a renowned leader in the construction industry, executing large-scale infrastructure and building projects with excellence. We are now hiring a Senior Construction Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of project management for one of our key projects, including leading planning, costing, procurement, vendor management, and ensuring the successful execution of the project from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Initiation: Develop detailed project plans and schedules aligning with client and internal expectations.
  • Validate cost estimates and prepare realistic budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, technical, and quality standards.
  • Oversee the cost estimation process and ensure profitability objectives are met.
  • Work with Quantity Surveyors/Estimators to validate BOQs and establish budget parameters.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pool of qualified suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Lead negotiations, vendor selections, and procurement strategies to maximize value and profitability.
  • Maintain transparency and ensure adherence to ethical procurement practices.

Project Execution & Delivery:

  • Manage on-site project execution and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards and resource allocation.
  • Identify, analyze, and proactively manage project risks and issues.
  • Develop contingency plans and implement mitigation strategies promptly.

Financial & Profitability Management:

  • Regularly monitor project financials, including cash flow, invoices, and cost control.
  • Provide regular financial and progress reports to senior management.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Ensure thorough documentation of all project phases including procurement, vendor management, execution, and closure.
  • Maintain detailed records of project metrics, reports, and official communications.

Stakeholder Coordination:

  • Act as a liaison between management, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 10-12 years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, with expertise in both project management and procurement.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position based in Islamabad.
  • Occasional travel required for project needs and vendor coordination.
