Business Management Faculty Position

We are seeking an experienced and passionate teaching professional to join our expanding Business Management department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lectures, tutorials, and assessments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Business Management principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to foster a supportive learning environment. A PhD degree in management science is required, and fluency in English is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver high-quality instructional materials and assessments.
  2. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  3. Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  4. Stay current with industry trends and developments.
  5. Advise and mentor students on academic and career matters.

Requirements:

  • PhD Degree in management science.
  • Strong foundation in Business Management principles.
  • Demonstrated experience in effective teaching methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
