Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, including agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
  • High energy level with strong motivation to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and circumstances.
