Position Summary:

The Customer Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities to drive business growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to effectively present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or sales tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to use sales-related software and tools.
  • Knowledge of the industry or product category in which we operate.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in consumer behavior.
