**Job Title:**

We are seeking an accomplished professional to serve as our Chief Information Security Officer. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data security framework and technology to protect our sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing and managing a robust data security framework to safeguard our organization's sensitive information.
  2. Providing strategic guidance on information management, governance, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks to ensure our organization's regulatory compliance.
  3. Leading the development and operation of our Security Operation Centre, including the integration of required technology with our IT infrastructure.
  4. Designing and implementing IT Forensic Investigations Framework and Incident Response Mechanism to ensure prompt and effective response to security incidents.
  5. Managing Cyber Threat Intelligence Platforms to stay ahead of emerging threats and develop strategies to mitigate their impact.
  6. Guiding our software/applications vulnerability assessment and network pen-testing efforts to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
  7. Organizing IS training and awareness activities across the organization to promote a culture of security awareness.
  8. Engaging with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory bodies to foster collaborative relationships and ensure effective policy development and implementation.
  9. Monitoring and improving our security posture by staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technological risks.

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in senior information security operations and management roles.
  • In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements (national/international), technological advancements, and international best practices.
  • Deep knowledge to drive organizational strategy and align it with our vision for information security.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to represent our organization at local and international forums.
  • Good leadership qualities and abilities to handle a team of IS professionals.
  • Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions.
