Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Operator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our building's control systems.

Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring all HVAC systems in the building, maintaining temperature and humidity levels throughout the area according to production plans, controlling and operating process chilled water and hot water systems, and monitoring heating systems.

You will also be responsible for controlling outdoor lighting, managing demand control systems, overseeing domestic water systems, managing storm and septic pumping pits, controlling and monitoring fire alarm systems, and acknowledging alarms and resetting systems as needed.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will be required to liaise with shift leaders, fire officers, and emergency response teams, track alarms and pre-alarms, and inform emergency teams as necessary.
