Reward Transformation Manager

This role is an integral part of the Global HR Shared Services Organisation to drive transition of services, operation, and continuous improvement within Rewards Operations Globally.
- Raise and deliver operational process improvement on a continuous basis by refining current processes and implementing new ones.
- Support the implementation of HR systems and participate in global projects to develop new functionality.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
About This Role:
This Senior Operations Manager position is a key member of the Global HR Shared Services team responsible for driving rewards operations globally. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality results, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of reward-related processes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase productivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, reports, and data analysis to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with IT and Reward COE to enable seamless design implementation and workflow management during the entire cycle.
Requirements:
- HR qualification or related degree required.
- Minimum 7+ years of working experience in Reward Shared Services.
- Excellent Microsoft applications knowledge (Excel; Word; PowerPoint).
- Proficient in Success Factor and Service NOW usage.
