We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior QA Tester. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure our software products meet high quality standards.

About the Job:

  • You will perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality, performance, and reliability of applications, and assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include test planning, execution, and documentation, as well as defect identification, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • You will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date testing documentation, tracking test progress, results, and metrics, and participating in reviews to enhance testing methodologies and overall software quality.

About You:

  • You should have proven experience in software testing or quality assurance roles, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with automated testing tools is highly desirable, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and proficiency in German.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is required, along with familiarity with agile/scrum development practices.
