As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our operations. Key responsibilities include Request for Quotations (RFQ) Management, where you will process and review RFQs received from clients, float RFQs to our supplier base to solicit responses, and negotiate competitive rates with suppliers.

This role requires strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Additionally, you will oversee the onboarding process for new suppliers, maintain up-to-date records of supplier credentials and compliance, create and deliver accurate quotations to clients, and ensure cross-functional coordination within the team.
