We are seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide critical support to our senior management in financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and guarantee structuring.

This role requires strong analytical skills, financial expertise, and the ability to collaborate across various business functions.

The analyst will also contribute to decision-making processes by preparing reports and insights that guide our strategic and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing annual financial plans, including revenue and expense forecasts.
  • Monitor financial performance against the budget, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and business development initiatives.
  • Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to evaluate financial resilience.
  • Support the pricing and valuation of financial products, including credit guarantees.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, financial modeling, treasury, or investment management.
  • Experience in a financial institution, investment firm, or consulting role will be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
  • Proficiency in financial software and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
  • Ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Understanding of market dynamics, investment strategies, and economic trends.
  • Ability to present financial concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
