Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
- Present and explain our services, highlighting the value they bring to the client's business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve their experience.
Your Skills and Experience
- Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is required for success in this role.
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
