Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, understanding their business needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.
  2. Present and explain our services, highlighting the value they bring to the client's business.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement client-specific strategies.
  4. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve their experience.

Your Skills and Experience

  1. Fluency in Arabic, Urdu, and English is required for success in this role.
  2. Proven experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  4. Problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  5. Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
