Job Title:

A seasoned professional with expertise in customer care and billing is required to implement, integrate, and operate our systems. Experience in implementing Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing & upgrading is a plus.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced customer care and billing (CC&B) expert to provide technical and functional support for system implementation and upgrade at SSGC. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuration, development, integration, technical, and functional testing for products in the utilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing systems involving setup of technical and functional aspects related to meter and AMI knowledge, including installation, removal, exchange, meter reading, route design, and maintenance.
  • Setting up and configuring Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B), business reporting, billing, accounts receivable collections, severance, and related system interfaces.
  • Providing technical support for CC&B implementation & upgrade at SSGC.
  • Supporting the lead effort for to-be process design, configure package, develop, and implement phases.
  • Proven API integration experience.
  • Leadership skills, prioritizing tasks, schedule management, resource management.
  • Understanding key implementation & upgrade issues and implementing solutions using Oracle CC&B's functionality.
  • Reporting with BI Publisher, Data Modeling, and Analytics.
  • Business process design & development.
  • Able to suggest and validate solution options for requirements and solution design with business teams.
  • Collaborating with the technical team throughout solution design delivery, testing, deployment, and integration.
  • Team player expected to help the project team with any functional/Technical issues during operations and project implementation and upgrade.
  • Experience in application integration testing, real-time applications solutions.
  • Experience in billing and rates.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 07 years of experience in Oracle CC&B Version 2.x and Project Management.
  • Bachelors in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent from HEC recognized university.
