Lead Conversion Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Conversion Expert to drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution. As an expert in WhatsApp lead conversion, you will be instrumental in nurturing leads that appear on WhatsApp, effectively convincing them and presenting our superior transportation solution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Monitor incoming leads on WhatsApp and respond promptly to inquiries and messages from potential customers.
  2. Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
  3. Presents the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating how it can address their specific requirements.
  4. Craft persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward making informed decisions.
  5. Provide accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities.
  6. Address potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
  7. Nurture leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
  8. Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
  9. Maintain clear and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
  10. Achieve lead conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales success of the company.
