Job Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-friendly digital products and interfaces that meet business goals while catering to user needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • You will conduct user research to understand target audiences and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for websites, web apps, and mobile apps.
  • Design modern, clean, and consistent UI layouts that follow brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation of designs.
  • Iterate designs based on user testing and feedback.
Requirements
  • A degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer is required.
  • You should have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • You must have a strong understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user-centered design.
  • Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards is necessary.
  • You should have good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage time and work independently is essential.
  • Bonus Skills:
    • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.
    • Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS).
    • Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
