Main Responsibilities:
- Financial Leadership: Lead our financial function as we expand globally, driving business growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial plans, including budgets and forecasts for assigned areas.
- Financial Reporting: Provide accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including tax filings, payroll accuracy, and statutory obligations.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll processing for employees within the area, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Liaison: Act as a key liaison between finance operations and area teams, providing financial insights and support.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial operations to support business growth.
Key Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
4-6 years of experience in financial management or analysis.
Proficiency in financial reporting and ERP systems.
Familiarity with international markets or diverse operations is desirable.
