Job Title: Full Stack Developer with MERN Experience

About the Job:

We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our web applications.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications that meet growing demands.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on UI/UX and backend integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience with both frontend and backend development.
  • 3+ years of experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Next.js, and Nest.js.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and database systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL).
  • Familiarity with tools like Redux, Zustand, and Material UI.
  • Knowledge of version control (Git) and Agile methodologies.
  • Leadership experience or ability to mentor junior developers.
  • Familiarity with AWS is a plus.
