  • We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Operator to join our growing digital services team. This role is critical to expanding our business across global markets in areas such as web development, digital marketing, SEO, and Web 3.0 marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through LinkedIn by conducting daily outreach, searching and identifying potential clients, sending connection requests and personalized messages to build rapport, and engaging in initial conversations and gathering client requirements.
  • This role requires strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. The successful candidate will also have a basic understanding of digital services like websites, SEO, SMM, etc.
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct daily outreach on LinkedIn to generate qualified leads for digital services.
  2. Search and identify potential clients (decision-makers, business owners, marketing heads).
  3. Send connection requests and personalized messages to build rapport.
  4. Engage in initial conversations and gather client requirements.
  5. Schedule discovery calls or forward hot leads to the senior sales team.
  6. Maintain a lead tracker sheet and report daily/weekly progress.
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and outreach strategy.
  8. Research market trends and competitor activities to discover new business opportunities.
  9. Follow up with old leads to re-engage them.

Skills Required:

  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of digital services like websites, SEO, SMM, etc.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
