Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

The Accounts Payable Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and accurate payment of invoices. As a key member of the finance team, this individual will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and maintaining a high level of accuracy in financial transactions.


Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies
  • Perform daily reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues
  • Analyze and troubleshoot discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and implement best practices

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
