Digital Marketing Manager

Our company is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive business growth through strategic online marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex data to inform marketing strategies.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing programs across all digital channels including web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns, in line with brand plans and business priorities.
  • Work with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
  • Review and optimize the design and content of all online assets including the website and social media pages.
  • Plan and control digital marketing budgets by allocating funds to different channels.
  • Use A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
  • Analyze the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights with recommendations and generate monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
  • Work on search engine ranking and conversion rate optimization.
  • Regularly monitor user analytics and use these insights to drive strategies to secure sales and improve customer experience.

Key qualifications include:

  1. At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role with good knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing including SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, marketing automation, and digital marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with being a creative thinker and problem solver.
