
Business Improvement Manager

Job Overview:
The Lead Business Analyst will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts to ensure successful implementation of solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to drive results.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis and process improvement. They will collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Key Responsibilities include:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements, objectives, and processes from stakeholders.
- Conducting interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information.
- Analyzing complex business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Creating clear and concise documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Working closely with the development team to design solutions that meet business needs.
- Providing insights and recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
- Building strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their objectives and challenges.
- Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Leading and participating in project planning, ensuring that business requirements are accurately represented in project plans and timelines.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and recommending mitigating strategies.
- Collaborating with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet the defined requirements.
- Participating in user acceptance testing and facilitating resolution of issues.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex and dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge about different business modeling diagrams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies.
