Job Title:

Financial Operations Manager

\Job Responsibilities:\
  • Supervise the accounts payable department and staff to ensure efficient financial management.
  • Manage general ledger, accounts payable, and project accounting functions while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure timely completion of tasks and accurate record-keeping to meet financial obligations efficiently.
  • Oversee tax-related processes and support AM taxation to ensure proper tax withholding and clearing of tax GLs.
  • Monitor financial expenditures, maintain databases, and provide reports as requested by supervisors.
  • Coordinate payment transactions and monitor status updates with vendors and contractors.
  • Standardize procedures for efficiency and create internal templates.
  • Provide excellent customer service through prompt and accurate communication.
  • Minimize payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and SOPs.
  • Submit bills of adjustment in a timely manner after internal audits to minimize advances in aging.
  • Resolve queries quickly within a reasonable timeframe.
