Job Description

The role of Maintenance Manager is a critical position within the organization, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production and utilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Preventive Maintenance Strategy Development: Implement strategies to prevent equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
  2. Corrective Maintenance Execution: Address issues promptly during production, utilizing expert knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.
  3. Equipment Testing and Commissioning: Conduct thorough factory acceptance tests on new machinery, ensuring it meets safety and performance standards.
  4. Team Supervision and Guidance: Effectively manage the workload and schedules of maintenance staff, providing support and guidance as needed.
  5. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training to staff members, focusing on complex maintenance activities and standard operating procedures.
  6. Resource Optimization: Direct the use of resources to optimize repair efficiency and maintain a safe working environment.
  7. Mechanical Section Management: Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and equipment within the Mechanical section.
  8. Inventory Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of essential parts and equipment, ensuring timely replacement or replenishment when needed.
  9. Policies and Procedures: Develop, interpret, and implement policies and documentation relevant to maintenance activities.
  10. Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, files, maps, and documents related to maintenance activities.
  11. Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in all plant activities.

  4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues efficiently.
