We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Leader to join our team in Khanpur, Pakistan. As the head of culinary operations, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing kitchen staff, and maintaining high-quality dishes served to our guests.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop creative menus that reflect local culture and seasonal ingredients
  • Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
  • Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure consistently high-quality dishes
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or themed dinners

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
• Excellent knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage kitchen staff and maintain a positive work environment
• Experience with inventory control
• Must have a biometric passport for international travel
