At Translation Empire, we are seeking an experienced software engineer to fill a Senior Backend Developer position.

The primary focus of this role is to design and develop scalable server-side logic, define and maintain the central database, and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing back-end services and data interchange between servers and users
  • Developing all server-side logic and defining the central database
  • Ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests

Requirements for this position include:

Qualification/Skills:

·       BS/MS in software engineering or computer science from a reputable university

·       + years of prior web/PHP development experience

·       Proficient understanding of PHP, ASP, Java, AJAX, MySQL, MSSQL web programming, module, and database programming

·       Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills

·       Commitment to long-term collaboration with the company
