About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing facilities maintenance activities, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilities Maintenance: Manage the day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including tenants, contractors, and colleagues.
  • A&A and Minor Repair Works: Oversee the completion of assigned A&A and minor repair works, ensuring that they are completed within budget and to a high standard.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and productivity of facilities management operations, implementing changes where possible.
  • System and Portfolio Management: Depending on experience, may be assigned to specific portfolios or systems, providing leadership and guidance to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Education: Good Degree/Diploma in Estate or Facility Management, Real Estate, Property Development, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a positive and growth mindset.
  • Experience: Experience in managing facilities management activities, contractors, and stakeholders is highly desirable.
