Bottle Keeper Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bottle Keeper to support our Provision Master in managing the F&B Storeroom. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the issuing of goods, implementing maintenance and cleaning procedures, and directing work schedules for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the efficient issuance of goods to meet business demands.
2. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization within the F&B Storeroom.
3. Develop and manage work schedules to optimize employee productivity.
4. Provide guidance and support to employees working in the F&B Storeroom under the provision master's supervision.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
