This position offers a unique opportunity to excel in customer-facing support. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch assistance to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to become an expert in our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and diagnose customers' needs through effective communication.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty by engaging in proactive support strategies.
- Manage support requests received, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Communicate clearly with customers via various channels.
- Resolve customer escalations within agreed SLAs.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement through targeted support initiatives.
- Prior experience in B2B support or client management is preferred.
- Clear and concise communication skills are essential; native English accent required.
- Excellent judgment skills to evaluate situations and provide timely solutions.
- Able to work flexible shifts covering US timings.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to build strong rapport with clients.
- Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- A team player with effective prioritization, multitasking, and time management skills.
