Creative UI/UX Designer Needed for Digital Experience Development

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that enhance user satisfaction and drive business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web applications that are engaging and user-friendly.
  • E nsure all designs align with usability standards.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and iterate on design concepts.
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to uncover user pain points and preferences.
  • Use research insights to optimize and refine user experiences across platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency across all products and reusable design components.
  • Create user flows, interactions, and micro-interactions to deliver intuitive and frictionless user experiences.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
  • Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
  • Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of interaction design, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development principles (a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
