STH Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for accounting tasks using Zoho, QuickBooks, and Tally, managing tax-related activities, and supporting administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting Support: Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and financial transactions using Zoho Books, QuickBooks, and Tally.
  • Tax Filing & Compliance: Assist in preparing and filing taxes, including VAT and corporate taxes. Training will be provided.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports and assist with year-end closing for multiple clients.
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including document management, data entry, and other office-related duties.
  • Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing their accounting and tax needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Zoho Books: Bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  2. QuickBooks: Account management, bank reconciliation, and financial reports.
  3. Tally: Accounting entries, tax filing, and financial statements.
  4. Accounting Principles: Knowledge of basic accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS).
  5. Financial Reporting: Ability to generate balance sheets, P&L, and cash flow statements.
  6. Excel: Advanced data analysis and financial modeling.
  7. Bank Reconciliation: Expertise in reconciling bank accounts.
  8. Payroll Processing: Knowledge of payroll management.
