Key Responsibilities:

  2. Maintenance Scheduling">

Coordinate all scheduled maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

">Preventive Maintenance Planning">

Determine optimal downtime for preventive maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.

">Emergency Repairs">

Arrange for emergency repairs when necessary, ensuring minimal impact on operations.

">Project Coordination">

Prepare weekly status reports detailing ongoing projects and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to ensure building compliance.

">Relationship Building">

Foster strong working relationships with team members to facilitate effective collaboration.

">Audit Support">

Assist in health and safety audits by initiating, analyzing, and responding to studies and recommendations.

">Work Order Management">

Manage and close all Facility Helpdesk Requests through IBM RESO Tool and oversee work orders on Maximo.

">Data Center Maintenance">

Ensure the Data Center Crack Unit & UPS Maintenance is performed promptly and efficiently.

">Reporting">

Compile monthly, weekly, and ticket closure reports, including RCA Reports for Data Center-related issues.

">Preventive Maintenance Programs">

Establish programs for preventive maintenance, collaborating with contractors and suppliers to manage maintenance issues effectively.

">Ongoing Project Support">

Provide support to ongoing projects as needed, contributing to their success whenever required.

">Procurement">

Purchase monthly cleaning & hygiene consumables, MEP consumables & spares for the fixed contract.

">Variation Job Proposals">

Manage and submit proposals to clients for all variation jobs.
