We are seeking a highly skilled and approachable Female Front Desk Executive to provide exceptional customer service and serve as the primary point of contact for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Visitor Welcome: Welcome and greet visitors with a warm smile and professional demeanor, setting the tone for their visit.
- Call Handling: Handle incoming calls efficiently, directing them to the relevant departments and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- Scheduling Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized reception area, reflecting positively on Shelter's image and values.
- Administrative Support: Provide valuable administrative support, including mail sorting and correspondence management, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
- Guest Services: Deliver exceptional guest services, addressing inquiries and requests with a smile and a solution.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and productive work environment, driving results-oriented performance.
- Additional Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned by the reporting manager, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience Required: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is highly desirable, with a focus on excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Housekeeping Expertise: Housekeeping experience will be an asset, highlighting your ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with visitors and colleagues.
- Professional Image: Present a professional image and demeanor, making a lasting impression on our guests and stakeholders.
- Organizational Abilities: Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
