Key Roles and Responsibilities

We are seeking a strategic thinker to join our team as an Entrepreneur in Residence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing high-growth digital-first companies.


Job Overview

The Entrepreneur in Residence will be responsible for discovering new market opportunities, customer pain points, and business models for emerging digital-first companies. This includes determining the problems we're solving, for whom, why, and the potential market size.


Key Tasks
  1. Develop a value proposition, go-to-market strategy, roadmap, and financial model that includes unit economics, scaling levers, and defines success within 1-3 years.
  2. Launch and iterate on the Minimum Lovable Product/Service (MLP/S) using low/no code tools. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) that matter.
  3. Lead as an interim founder until external leadership is hired. Assist in recruiting and support existing ventures when needed.
  4. Continuously identify and execute on new opportunities.

Requirements
  • A pragmatic approach with bias for action. Move with urgency and focus while taking calculated risks and quickly resolving obstacles.
  • Courage under pressure, with a willingness to take ownership and get hands-on experience from idea generation to pitching recommendations to Founding Partners.
  • No task is beneath you. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, a get-shit-done attitude, and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Strong opinions, loosely held, with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to researching new topics and tracking KPIs.
