Senior Financial Analyst

The finance planning and analysis leader will be responsible for developing and implementing effective financial planning and monitoring processes. This role is key to ensuring the organization's financial goals are aligned with its strategic objectives.
- Develop a comprehensive annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with relevant departments, taking into account historical trends and industry benchmarks.
- Design and implement financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and evaluation of various business scenarios, utilizing advanced analytical techniques and tools.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective measures to ensure optimal financial outcomes.
Key qualifications for this role include a strong grasp of accounting principles, hands-on experience in budgeting and performance monitoring, strategic planning, and scenario analysis. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA are highly valued. A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within a financial institution is necessary, with a proven track record of delivering successful financial planning and analysis projects. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, able to articulate complex financial information effectively to senior management.
