About the Role:

As a Calling & Chat Expert, you will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound calls and live chats to engage potential clients and convert them into paying customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads through persuasive communication and needs-based selling.
  • Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services including: website development, SEO, PPC advertising, graphic designing, content writing, UI/UX design.
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through strategic communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide customized service recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation (digital marketing industry preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Confidence in closing sales and overcoming objections.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual.
