We are seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Changi Airport. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for working in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency. You will also work continuously against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures. Additionally, you will manage administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales.

Duties:

  • Work in the cashier line, providing excellent customer service.

  • You are fluent in English, which is our corporate language, and other languages may be advantageous.

  • Ability to travel to and from home and the airport for all shift types.
