You'll have the opportunity to:

  • Manage the governance and lifecycle management of demo applications
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures for demo instance usage and maintenance
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with organizational standards and best practices
About the job

We seek a highly organized and proactive Demo Applications Manager to oversee the governance and management of over 150+ applications. This Senior IC role is critical in supporting all technical teams in leveraging these apps to build and maintain new connectors, solutions, support customers, troubleshoot connector issues, and create impactful and meaningful demos and POCs.

  • This role involves overseeing the entire application lifecycle from development through production deployment

  • The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to manage and support our demo environment effectively

Requirements

Please note: In this role, you will be supporting the EMEA/US business hours from 2 pm to 11 pm IST

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • University degree or equivalent educational experience, ideally in a technical or engineering field or equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in application management, IT governance, administering applications and performing complex configurations

  • Proven track record of managing budgets and procurement processes

  • Experience in a customer support or user-facing role is highly desirable
