SHE Delivery Manager - A Key Role in Ensuring Workplace Safety and Efficiency

This position plays a crucial part in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of employees. As an SHE Delivery Manager, you will lead the team responsible for implementing and maintaining site-specific safety policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably industrial, chemical, or environmental) and 8-10 years of manufacturing and supply chain experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience in safety, health, and environment.

The responsibilities include:

  • ">
  • Leading the site SHE resources team to implement global / regional SHE strategy, policy, and standards.">
  • Partnering with Country GM to run the Central SHE Committee and driving SHE agenda across the country organization.">
  • Developing and deploying plans to improve safety performance of sites.">
  • Ensuring training, toolbox meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company's offshore training and SHE program.">
  • Working with regulatory bodies to ensure factories meet local, national, legal, and Unilever standards on Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment.">
  • Maintaining full compliance with all Unilever framework standards and Legal requirements about SHE issues.">
  • Participating in external and internal audits and informing relevant people in the organization.">
