We are seeking a Business Expansion Lead to join our team at Tech Peak. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, driving commercial growth and expansion through strategic market development and sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establishing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies, leveraging market research and industry insights to inform your approach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of commercial goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity, adapting our sales strategy to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market intelligence.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership, informing strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with a strong foundation in commercial principles.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a track record of delivering commercial growth and results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and inform strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
