Mobile Architecture Role

As a seasoned expert in mobile development architecture, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into software design blueprints that guide the implementation team. Your primary goal is to ensure that the project follows the agreed-upon designs and delivers results as expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will participate in the presales, user experience design, sprint, development, and delivery phases of a project, reviewing the overall proposal.
  • During user experience design, you will provide valuable input and review wireframes from a technical standpoint.
  • Before actual development starts, you will produce necessary artifacts to direct the team.
  • Necessary artifacts for the development team will include a Solutions Design Document.
  • During the development phase, you will ensure that the design is followed and document any changes to the design.
  • As an architect, you will also review the work produced by the development team.
  • Providing necessary training to developers and being the sole point of contact for stakeholders and the team on all technical matters is essential.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a reputable university.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience preferably in Android, iOS, Flutter, and React Native.
  • Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode and Gradle.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience making important architecture & design decisions such as data domain modeling, application of design patterns, and design using third-party components.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in engineering and software architecture design, including in-depth knowledge of coding languages and various operating systems and databases.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills are required.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, project managers, developers, and vendors is essential.
  • A Mobile Architect must be capable of analyzing and identifying potential risks that may cause technical issues.
  • Experience working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts is necessary.
