Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create design concepts from ideation to final execution, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.\
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and effective communication.\
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve design skills and knowledge.\
  • Contribute to the development of design guidelines, style manuals, and other resources to maintain consistency across all marketing materials.\
  • Participate in design critiques, provide feedback, and support the growth and development of junior designers.\
  • Ensure all designs adhere to IT LESTA Pvt. Ltd.'s brand standards, messaging, and overall aesthetic.\
  • Meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality designs that meet or exceed client expectations.\
  • Engage in ongoing learning and professional development to stay current with industry trends and technological advancements.\
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster a collaborative environment.\
