Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through multi-channel outreach and booking discovery calls or product demos.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and research potential B2B prospects, decision-makers, and target accounts.
  • Execute outbound prospecting campaigns via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Effectively communicate the company's value proposition to spark interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule product demos or sales meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain organized records of all outreach activity, pipeline data, and KPIs in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles (B2B SaaS or tech environment preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport.
  • Familiarity with sales prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.) and outreach automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, SalesLoft).
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and consistently meet targets.
