Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Amabi Clothing. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through phone, email, and social media communications.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide timely responses to customer inquiries, questions, and complaints, while sharing relevant product catalogues and promotions.
  • Sales Process Management: Maintain the sales process using specific software and ensure CRM database accuracy. Prepare and send quotes and proposals as needed.
  • Order Management: Manage daily sales updates, create invoices for orders, and organize information in software, Excel sheets, and folders.
  • Cross-Selling and Up-Selling: Promote cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase average purchase amounts.
  • Payment Collection: Obtain deposits and balance payments from clients, update software records, and monitor payments to prevent order progression without required payments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the production team to facilitate order progression and provide timely updates to clients.
  • Performance Metrics: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and goals by preparing reports.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain client records, retarget marketing efforts, and foster relationships with existing clients.
  • Territory Management: Participate in regular sales team meetings.
  • Prospecting: Book appointments with prospective clients and make targeted cold calls.
