About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Content Solutions Engineer, responsible for developing high-quality technical interview content leveraging modern technology.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Sales and Client teams to present Karat's content capabilities to prospects and clients.

They will partner with the Deployment team to ensure optimal interview format configurations for critical clients and review Karat's interview guidelines for conduct and scoring.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience, demonstrated ability to program in a common language, and experience working with Generative AI solutions.

Preferred candidates will have experience conducting technical interviews, project or product management experience, and expertise in high-growth startup environments.

  • Develop high-quality technical interview content using modern technology.
  • Collaborate with sales and client teams.
  • Partner with deployment team for optimal interview formats.
  • Review and iterate interview guidelines for fairness and consistency.
  • Work with Interview Delivery team for engineer onboarding.
The Ideal Candidate

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of post-academic software engineering experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to program in a common language.
  • Experience working with Generative AI solutions.
  • Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate independently with high output and strict deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
