Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Building Operations Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing building operations, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, to the highest standards of quality, and in compliance with relevant safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of all construction activities.
  • Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure that all work meets the required standards.
  • Lead and supervise construction teams, including subcontractors and laborers, to ensure efficient and productive work.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably in a management role.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
