Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance Role

The Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance plays a critical role in overseeing financial activities. This position requires an individual with strong skills in budget management, financial analysis, and compliance.

  • Tax Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage timely filing of necessary tax documentation.
  • Account Reconciliation: Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records.
  • Advanced Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel skills to create detailed financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Payroll Processing: Facilitate payroll processing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in continuous improvement of financial processes through best practice implementation.
