Job Title: Product Outreach Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and launching multi-step LinkedIn messaging sequences using various automation tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running LinkedIn automation or outreach at a B2B company or agency, as well as proficiency with multiple automation platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys experimentation, is detail-oriented, and has strong time-management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign setup and management, including design, launch, and maintenance of multi-step LinkedIn messaging sequences.
  • Prospect research and list building, including defining ICP filters, scraping/verifying contact lists, and enriching data for CRM import.
  • Personalized copywriting and A/B testing, including crafting human-sounding connection notes and follow-ups, as well as testing variants to improve acceptance and reply rates.
  • Data-driven optimization, including tracking KPIs (connection acceptance %, reply %, meetings booked), generating weekly dashboards, and iterating on copy, cadence, and targeting.
  • Compliance and platform health, including monitoring account safety indicators, adjusting throttling, and staying current with LinkedIn policy/AI-automation updates.
  • Cross-team collaboration, including syncing with sales to align messaging, handing off Marketing-Qualified Leads (MQLs), and maintaining clean records in HubSpot/Sheets.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years hands-on experience running LinkedIn automation or outreach at a B2B company or agency.
  • Proficiency with at least two automation platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, English communication, and persona research skills.
  • Data skills: Excel/Sheets pivots, basic SQL or BI dashboards.
  • CRM literacy (HubSpot or similar) and understanding of MQL/SQL processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted personalization tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred.
