Job Title: Brand Development Manager

Job Description

This role requires an experienced marketing professional who can develop and implement effective brand development strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand development strategies that align with business objectives.

  • Create and oversee the implementation of brand development campaigns across various channels, including digital, email, and social media.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing those opportunities.

  • Manage and improve brand development campaigns, measuring results and adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding their creative direction and strategic planning.

  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing campaigns accordingly.

  • Coordinate with sales and product development departments to ensure a cohesive and effective marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brand development and campaign execution.

  • Solid knowledge of brand development tools and platforms (e.g., brand positioning, messaging frameworks).

  • Experience in creating and executing brand development campaigns.

  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in brand development and measurement.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
