Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to oversee the B2B and Tender Business of our Security Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on sales performance and client interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom Engineering or Master's in Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the security systems industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
